Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During new launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 4-8* business days
Express Shipping: 3-5* business days (₹60 per order)

Standard Shipping: Free (for a limited period)
Express Shipping: ₹60 per order
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. BlancSpace is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing blancspace.world@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp.

Once verified, BlancSpace will arrange the return pickup and process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues, BlancSpace shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising solely from delays in transit caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control.
