Return & Refund Policy

At BlancSpace, every product is made to order with care. Because our products are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To begin a claim, contact us by:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Additional evidence may be requested if required to process your claim.

Manufacturing Defects

Products with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for a replacement.

Once the defect has been confirmed, BlancSpace will arrange a return pickup through our fulfilment partner and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • a defective product,

  • or the wrong product,

you will be eligible for a full refund after the claim has been verified.

BlancSpace will arrange the return pickup, and no return shipping charges will be applied.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

As every product is printed specifically for you, returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection cannot be accepted.

Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed because production begins shortly after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
